We are Participating In-Network with Medicare & Medicare Advantage HMO Health Plans.

In addition to original Medicare, there are also Medicare Advantage plans, also known as Medicare Part C. Some Medicare Advantage plans are Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) which have a network of providers and require beneficiaries to choose a primary care physician.

As a medical group, we participate in both original Medicare and some Medicare Advantage plans, including HMOs.
